1. Who we are
loch-ness-tours.com ("we", "us") is an independent affiliate guide to Loch Ness tours, cruises and Highland day trips. We are not a tour operator. Bookings are made on third-party platforms, principally GetYourGuide.
2. Server logs
Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records standard technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. This data is used to keep the site secure and to understand aggregate traffic. It is not used to personally identify you.
3. The GetYourGuide booking widget & cookies
Tour availability and booking are powered by an embedded GetYourGuide widget and analytics script. When it loads, GetYourGuide may set cookies and process data under its own privacy policy to enable bookings, measure referrals, and attribute commissions. We do not control these cookies. 4. Your rights
